$9.5 million contract for the new construction of a five story, 205,000 square foot extension of the main hospital complex at the Ross Heart Hospital. Includes 90 universal patient rooms, 6 operating rooms and 6 cath labs with provisions to increase that number with addition of two more partial floors.

Chilled Water System Phase I & II
$22.9 million contract to install base wide 93,000 linear feet of direct bury pre-insulated welded chilled water pipe in two phases at the US Army base in Ft. Stewart, Georgia.

Central Energy Plant Phase I & II
$29.5 million contract to install the base wide high temp hot water supply and return piping in concrete trench along with 76,000' of pre-engineered direct bury piping in two phases at the US Army base in Ft. Stewart, Georgia.

Hot Water System Replacement at New York Correctional Facilities
Three separate $14.0 million to $9.7 million contracts that included the replacement of facilities entire heating hot water system at the Bare Hill, Franklin and Wyoming Correctional Facilities in New York. The work included 72,500 linear feet of piping in sizes from 3" - 10".

Rehabilitation of Utility Tunnel
$12.2 million contract that included the demolition and installation of the main steam and condensate distribution system at the south campus of the State University of New York at Buffalo. The work included 16,000 linear feet of piping in sizes from 3" to 12".

High Temp Water
$5 million contract that included the removal and replacement direct bury high temperature hot water serving the campus at the State University of New York at Binghamton. The work included 4,200 linear feet of piping size 3" to 10".

Underground Distribution System
$1.7 million contract to furnish and install new class 1 direct bury distribution system to the campus of Wells College. Project schedule demanded a sixty day work completion of all activities.

Biomedical Research Facility
$26 million contract for the new construction of a twelve story, 336,000 square foot research facility at the Ohio State University. The project included a mechanical penthouse and an additional 50,000 square foot vivarium with a BSL-3 and ABSL-3 laboratory.

Engineering & Science Building
LEED platinum certified $14 million contract for the new construction of a three story, 130,000 square foot engineering and research building at the State University of New York at Binghamton. The project included a 1,000 square foot Class 10 Clean Room.

Kapoor Hall Renovation
LEED silver certified $13.0 million contract for the complete renovation and construction of a five story, 163,000 square foot laboratory and pharmacy class room building at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

LEED gold certified $11.9 million contract for the new construction of a five story, 181,000 square foot science, engineering and technology building addition at the State University of New York at Oswego.

Phase IV Dorms
LEED gold certified $18.9 million new construction of four dormitory buildings at the State University of New York at Binghamton. Each building consists of five stories, 341 rooms and 117,000 square foot.

Collegiate Center
LEED silver certified $6.2 million new construction of a three story, 82,000 square foot dinning hall with supporting chiller plant at the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Bingham Hall
LEED gold certified $5 million new construction of a five story, 341 room, 117,000 square foot dormitory building at the State University of New York at Binghamton. The project included a central mechanical room with hydraulic pump systems to service this building plus three other dormitory buildings.
